Although it is an 'entry-level marketing position', a more accurate title would be 'door-to-door salesman." They appear to focus on Sports Marketing for companies such as the Yankees, Charlotte Bobcats etc., however they get their entry-level hires to solicit products to businesses. Regardless if you have a "no solicitation" sign on your door, these employees will enter office buildings and walk around freely selling products from spa packages to makeup to baseball packages. There is nothing 'marketing related' about this company. It's just a scam as every entry-level employee must recruit 4 more people into their "crew" before getting promoted to an assistant manager position. It only typically takes a week to become an "assistant manager" and the owner of the Charlotte branch has only been in the company for 14-months.
