South African Importer Cannot Get Freight Queries Resolved

I work in a company in South Africa which imports telecoms-related products from various parts of the world. For this purpose we employ the services of UPS Freight & UPS Courier Services and it is a nightmare!

Getting the company to respond to queries and resolve problems is very nearly as painful as having a root canal with no Novocaine.
