I purchased a couch & love seat from Haynes late Nov. the salesman told me that it was warrantied, no matter the problem, they will repair or replace. I said ok and agreed to purchase. Four weeks later I noticed the arm rest cushion had lost its fluffiness, I have no children, its just my husband and I so I knew they just put cheap stuffing in it. Anyways, I decided to overlook the whole set to ensure everything was as it should be before I placed a repair call. At that time, I noticed the right side of the love seat material was not tight like the rest of the set. So when I called in the repair I stated that also. Last friday, Hercules, the repair guy came out and restuffed the couch arm rest but said he could not fix the love seat because the board was broke and he would not get paid to fix it. I called Haynes and they tell me there is nothing they can do because I didn't call them and tell them about the defect within 72 hours. I am angry, I purchased the furniture on the premise that it was warrantied and number 2 this defect is not a surface defect, how was I to know there was an internal defect when they dropped it off? The furniture was supposed to be new so I didn't worry about any problems behind the naked eye. I want a replacement or a repair.
