I received a call this morning and they asked my name, which I verified. David Barnes said that he was calling on behalf of Global Publishers Sweepstakes and I was this month's winner of half a million dollars! I thought, well, imagine that! I don't remember entering! He told me that I should have received a notice in the mail 2 weeks ago. So, now I was to send a western union or money gram in the amount of $500 to merchant: Andre James, Montego Bay, Jamaica WI... I told him that he would have to understand my non-belief... He said all winners feel that way and now hurry and send the money so I don't have to pay storage fees! I told him that if I won that much money why the $500? He indicated this was for attorney fees and the Federal Trade Company... I told him, well, just take the fees out of my winnings!!! Oh, no, he said, they could not do that. Ready for this? Wasn't legal!!! I rest my case!
