BAD REVIEWS:
"This contractor is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. Very charming at first but lies through his teeth.initial offer was very low, final price tag about three times of initial offer. Nothing is done on time or by people who have expertize. For expample, we have to hire (our expense) outside people to fix a jaccuzi, his people messed up. He is never on time except when his collecting his check. I would never recommmed this contractor to anyone, even my enemy."

"AVOID!!! 6-month project took 23 months to finish. EVERY order for parts was wrong. Deck estimate was off by thousands and in the end still wasn't as agreed. Only thing that probably got this done was the on site manager that worked the last year to correct many of the errors with me despite the GC. Overall quality seems to be ok once finished but many items had to be done 2 times (paint siding trim etc). The GC will ignore you not return calls, made mistakes that caused months of delays, So avoid this contractor, if you do get penalties in the contract for late delivery and make sure you get assigned mark as your site manger."

"do not hire brymon for any large projects. Once they have you under contract you are no longer a priority. Our 6 month bid took over 20 months to complete. Everything they did needed re-doing. You will pay artesian prices for a handy man job."

"I DO NOT recommend this builder. The job was supposed to take 6 months, we are now at month 13 and counting. There is absolutely no quality assurance. We personally had to recheck everything. There is not a square corner to be found, not a level floor or ceiling anywhere. Every step of the way things were mis-measured, installed improperly, and had to be redone. Very courteous people, however beware, the owner has a silver tongue and a used car salesman approach. He will continuously try to talk you into accepting sub-standard work. If you are concerned about finishing on time, with a quality project, steer clear."

"I would not recommend this company: While the owner of the firm is courteous he is not on site and the workers work primarly unsupervised and with little direction.in almost all aspects of the job from foundation to roof major flaws occured becuase the workers failed to read and understand the blueprints and there was no supervisor there to catch the mistake before it was already made.

In the end most mistakes were corrected, including removing about 1/2 of the roof and rebuilding it, re-drywalling and re-installing the electric lights and outlets at least 3 seperate times. Again, it took the owner of the firm's involvment to make those corrections and trying to get him involved was very difficult. He uses lots of subcontractors rather than having his own crews and that lends to part of the communications problem. I "
