Mercedes is feeding off this problem and making millions! My car had a number off odd computer glitches and the battery went dead. I bought a new battery and still overnight it would go dead. I searched on the internet and found that the problem is the seat modules. They go bad and cause the battery to drain although they will still work. Mercedes is not even putting in the same module they have replaced the ones that work but, you have pay an arm and a leg. I can not even sell the car because no one wants to deal with the issue. I emailed the dealership with a number of emails with no response. I for one can not afford the ongoing repairs for this car 2002 C320. They know the modules are bad. They say bring your car in and we will hook it up for 130 dollars and find out what is wrong when they know what is wrong. Mercedes is nothing more then a junk car. Recall this part because there are many complaints out there already. I jumped the car and needed to adjust the seat. I put it forward and it got me stuck between the seat and steering wheel! The seat would not go back. I had to get help getting out and was very scared. We took the fuse out in the trunk and the seat worked again. My car is worth based on what Mercedes told me because I tried to sell it back to them only between 8 and 9 thousand dollars! Used US cars the same year with more miles is worth more then my car at this point! The car is seven years old and has gone from 33 thousand dollars down to 8 thousand. What a joke.
