Stole information and is now trying to collect on a debt that happened too long ago to remember, harrassing with me threatening phone calls

I do not understand how this company can get away with all the harrassment, after I tried dilengently tried to resolve the matter. After many attempts by not only me, but my family, they continue to harrass me on something that is now beyond my means. I want all of this to stop!!!
