I to have been riped off. Thay took out money from my checking account without me giving them authority to do so

I just found out about the money taken out when i went to the bank to put some money into my account and my balence did not add up with what the bank had, so the teller went and checked out what cleared, thats when i found out 29.99 was taken out. I NEVER gave out any information or gave anyone any authority to take any money from my bank account. I called and told them i wanted my money back, thay told me that could not be done.
