I hate this product. The instructions are really crappy and the troubleshooting guide does not even help.
I had just bought this product. I am from Hawaii, while trying to select the phone number i couldnt fine my area code. I needed help but the online support thing did not help at all. It also took so long to install, like more than 3 mins.
