We repeatedly notified the management and maintenance crew of urgent repairs that needed to be adressed, and every time, we spoke to either party, they didn't seemed to take it seriously and were very unprofessional in that they looked like they didn't know what they were doing and were very poorly organized and unstaffed as they told us they had other tenants to attend to and their needed repairs, but they began the job at our shop one day and it took about a week to stop by again and finish it; but the damage is still there! We have looking for some years now to get the heck out of that crap hole, and move/expand the business into a bigger, better place with more vizibility and more foot traffic than here. Getting as far away from this place, but different things have come up, one after another, including lack of capital to pay off our debts and finding and securing the ideal business location that it's truly what we need to keep our business afloat and eventually growing. What shoddy people, doing lousy jobs-both the management and the maintenance crew. The whole Country Village and its shops are built to crappy standards, by amateur-wanna-be carpenters that seemed it hired its own family and friends to build this crap-shoot, instead of building it right and hiring professionals that know how to build safe and sound commercial buildings. The entire place is either leaking, or it's rotting, or falling apart, smelling badly, or toxic. They need to wake and see that the whole place is dying because of their incompetence as owners, landlords and managers of this place, because the owners of the businesses are losing money, because of the many critical things not adressed everyday, year after year, and in turn business owners are having diffculty making rent, and so on. It's one of the worst places in the area or in the country to own a business! The whole place is DEAD, each year it seems like less and less people come in and spend here. It seems more like a tourist attraction, but with no money spent here, only a few people wandering around with bags of seeds feeding ducks, the pigeons, and chickens. Every rent paid here is money down the toilet, it's not a place worth investing in, at least not as a shop owner. The real change needs to happen at the management! Raze the whole place with its decaying, old buildings built apparently in a hurry, and start from scratch with new, fresh ideas, better marketing efforts, start treating your business tenants better to keep better business relations, and so forth.
