Claim Specialist 2988.35 sweepstakes prize winner notification check bounced! Was supposed to pay taxes and admin fees for prize 57000 Milmilwaukee

I received a letter of notification as a winner in publisher clearing house online sweepstakes. Enclosed was a check for 2988.35 which did as instructed and deposited in an account which I opened with the check, and it bounced!!!

I can get no answers, or assistance from cynthia jacob, and now I have to pay the banks over draft fees as well. The "rubber check, #6964965, " is written on a Johnson controls inc corprate account.
