I statred the nutrisystem program with my daughter back in november and signed up where we were suppose to get one week for free each month for 3 months, the first month we did not get the free week and when we realized it we got no compenstation. Additionally I canceled with them and asked for my refund nearly a week ago and have not received it yet.
I live check to check like most people and cannot afford to wait to have 301 put back into my account at their speed. They had no problem taking out the money so why cannt it be put back into my account as fast as they took it out. I am overdrew with the bank now and the bank will not credit my account back until they get a fax from them.
I have called them several times and they told me it was faxed in the am of 1-07 but this is not true. These people make promises to you and are not telling the truth in their business practices at all. A;so you cannot track the package with them since their tracking number is never correct and they are unwilling to do anything about it.
I have had on most occeasions had to drive a long distance to get the packages from ups since we work. I would not recommend this service to anyone, disgusted tampa, florida former membe
