I reccomend that you o not use Mike D'Angelo of Great Lakes Konstruction for any work whatsoever. We gave him 13,000.00 for several home remodel jobs, the work was, to be kind, poor, he left it unfuinished, broke the new jacuzzi he installed incorrectly and abandoned the job all together now.
Turns out they have 6 filings at the BBB, about to be 7, no Bond, even though he supplies you with a copy of a certificate and has at least one claim filed against him that I have discovered.
The email address he gave me is no good and apparently he is no longer at the address listed on his contract and business card. He is a ghost.
Quite frankly this guy appears to be a complete scammer. He fails to finish his work, fires employee without paying them, I personally know of one who was working on my job when he fired him and then told me there is no way he is going to pay that guy.
I intend to track him down no matter how long it takes, call the Indiana Attorney General's hotline on Contractor Fraud and get some type of satisfaction.
