Why does Walmart have an express lane? The express line (for 20 items or less) is always filled with shoppers who have full carts and the cashiers always check them out. I asked a Walmart employee why they don't enforce the 20 item minimum and she said that management's policy is to take everyone.
So again, what's the point?
