I purchased the product from a Precision Products for a 5 minute fence stain that cost 39.95 plus 8.55 shipping. I received the item and realized immediately it would not work for me so I requested to return the item and they sent me a RMA number and the instructions to return it by UPS only which I did unopened for another 15.00 and now I cannot get a refund from them. It has been almost 2 months and I would like my money back. They do not have a phone number on their website and they do not answer my many emails. I have shopped numerous times online and this the first time I have been ripped off and I am angry that they can do this without even a reply.
