In Nov Freedom Resorce called me like they did thousands of consumers. They took advantage of people with poor credit to no credit. And this is why I agreed. I was going to have them take the money out on the 7th of Dec and changed my mind to the 28th of Dec. They took the money out anyways on the 9th. Me being a single mom of two 221.95 is alot at the first of every month because rent (675.00) and bills are due (500. To 600) They ended up costing me more money I became over drawn and my rent check I thought would bounce. I had to borrow the money. Christmas right around the corner my oldest boys B-day in Dec and my youngest in Jan. I hope you understand the greiving they put me through.
I have called and was told that my benefit pakage was on its way. It never came called back again was told that their printer broke down, sorry for the delay your package has been sent, agin I called back in hopes that I didn't get ripped off, after all that I had just gone through with this company, well this time I was told they went with a different printing company and that the pakage will be sent out on the 25th of January.
I asked the lady to put her self in my shoes. And asked her, If this was a scam was I ripped off? No she said, and I understand how you must feel. Well today Feb 27th I called was on hold for 38 min this time last time was 40 min. When the lady got on the phone she asked for my # and then my name, and then my address. How may I help you? I was calling to see when my benefit pakage is going to get to me? (freedom Resorce) It was sent out on the 25th, (me) 25th of Jan, no 25th of Feb. I than told her that is what I was told on the 25th of Jan, in half a second the line went dead. This woman just hung up on me. So I called back on hold again for 68 min still no live person as if they knew it was me. So I hung up and tried to E-mail Dateline and couldnt mail out. So I thought ok Ill try again this time only 22 min. I asked to speak to a sup, and again sorry for the delay it was sent out on the 25th of Feb I understand your frustation. I got the Sup name and direct line with extension # also she gave me a # to call Tomarrow to get the signature card faxed to me.
I didnt demand my money becuse I want to see what will happen. I survived their games and will continue. I called their 1-877-508-0583 # and it is no longer in service. Hopefully they dont skip town or change their name before they are caught and put to a stop. Oh ya all the calls I made were on my dime again not theirs. How do they sleep at night knowing what they are doing is a scam. The supervisor has been there 3 yrs she says. How can she sleep.
