The founder of this project located at wprealestatelistings.com is using stolen and pirated code that is proven unsafe for production level use. Mike as he is called is actually Dates Vlad Mihai and he is a real nasty character to get involved with. Mike has a long history of theft, hacking, pirating and other unethical practices that have made him a threat to any legitimate business owner.
Mike seems to be under the belief that if you hire him to do work for you that your code you pay for is still his and he has the right to sell it if he likes. You can verify that he copied my clients content as well by visiting http://www.copyscape.com and entering two of our domains. Http://www.TheBrokersEdge.com and http://www.WPFeatured.com it shows that these domains content has been copied nearly verbatim and put on his demo sites, there are two he is running which are;

Mike was at one point the programmer hired to develop plugins for our client and after $3,420 spent on him ($840 from my team, $1,750 from EZProRealty and $830 from The Brokers Edge), he took that code and started marketing it as his own. We discovered that mike is not competent enough to complete the three plugins each of us hired him for so we hired a programmer locally from the University to finish these up. Mike has a long history of taking peoples code after being paid for it and selling it elsewhere which makes him a thief. Mike seems to be under the impression he can do as he damn well pleases, with peoples sites, their code, and even their licensed products and services. On Mikes demo site he has NAR MLS listings which he is NOT authorized to display in a demo product to promote anything. He can however legally send people to a client site that may be using his product but he himself can't display MLS listings to promote his services. I notified the NAR and the Tucson AZ Board of Realtors by email and I suspect they will take prompt action.
Our products WP Realty, JRealty, WPGuides, WP Menu Manager, WordPress Theme Generator, OR Guides, WP Post Planner, and WP Featured are all FREE 100% without question. Mike took Beta WP Realty code, attempted to finish it, packaged it up and is now selling it as his own even though his code is proven to not work and is dangerous to use. His incompetence prompted us to hire different programmers to do the job right.
We are burnt for $3500 which isn't the real tragedy, the real tragedy is that Mike (dates vlad mihai) is still in business ripping off people all over the web. You hire this guy you WILL regret it.
