I never subscribed to their company so i don't know how they think they are entitled to my money. I ordered something from Miles Kimball, the article i ordered was no longer available i never subscribed to Great Fun. Three times in three months they have taken $12.99 out of my account and three times they drove my account overdraw that cost me $35.00 more. On 12/19 or 12/20 my husband called the number on our bank report and told them we never ordered their Great Fun. He talked to Grace ID#10045 Later he called and confirmed with Jess ID#100241 Both Jess and Grace told us the money for the monythly charge would be returned and the account canceled. We have never gotten the money back and they keep ripping our account off. I want it to stop. I am going to report it to the FTC enough is enough!
