I have been charged twice for this product in the amount of $84.79 without my consent to charge my credit card account. I did recieve the product but I put it back in the mail titled, "RETURN TO SENDER." I spoke to my bank and they advised me to call this merchant and tell them to stop billing me for something I do not want and to credit my credit card account; however, I tried the phone number that I had and the number appears to be a nonworking number.
I am a single mother and on a fixed income and I cannot afford to let go of $169.58 (this all started in NOv). I am hoping that you can please help me get my money back; and if that fails; at least shut these people down so that they cannot take money from anyone ever again. I do not want to see anyone else go through this. It is terrible what these people are doing to other human beings. This economy is in enough turmoil without the help of merchants such as this one.
