Peter Chabot is a Fraud. Using a sophisticated Lease / Option Real Estate contract he is able to take out all the equity from the property without completing the sale.
He has admitted to doing this repeatedly with attorney Jon Mills of Campanella and Mills, on Jefferson Blvd, Warwick. The RI State Police currently has him under investigation. Contact Mike Casey.
P.S. This guy likes to send nasty intimidation letters. Don't let him intimidate you. If I see him near my house again he can be assured a restraining order!
