I've been charged for orders that I did not recieved, and if can be refunded back

My report is I'm getthing charge on my bank acct. That for Nov. 28 was $38.95, Dec. 13 $44.90 and my bank acct. Is always getthing charge fer and no product, please I want my acct. To be clear of that, and stop this rip off
