I hate greyhound bus company. I bought a solution to visit from Reno NV to Vegas NV but I'd didn't abandon on that journey before following week. And so I named Greyhound in Reno NV and requested them-not to deliver my bags down to Vegas (these were keeping them within the back-room for me personally since I came early) and that I can come pick them up the next evening. Then when I acquired there 24 hours later they explained they had delivered them off WTF. They're fools since I'd two baggageis one was labeled and also the keep on was not. Consequently my keep on was placed on abus with no label so today it is dropped and just Lord knows where it might be. Our additional suitcase which was labeled was situated in Vegas. I requested among the csr when they might deliver it back for me personally. She was a bitch and incredibly rude and that I understand she could not stay her work since she was not to enjoyable about shifting her lazy butt from behind her table to-go locate a carrier. She wound up discovering my carrier and he or she stated she'd deliver it back again to Reno for me personally. We will I spoke to her on December 18Th which is today December 27Th and that I still do not have each one of my bags. I've completed every form they explained to that was the tracer, and also the complaint form. I'm pissed off since all my garments that I possessed was in both of these bags and also the only apparel I've may be the types on my back. Greyhound today informs me that I've to hold back 3 months for this to exhibit up and that I do not know what they'll do next that we might believe NOTHING. I'd never suggest this terrible company to anyone of course if you need to do experience the coach I'd remain be really conscious of my baggage being placed on ans removed the coach which means you don't need to undergo any difficulty with this particular organization. At this time I can not do something about that due to their silly 90-day principle but when they do not do something about that I'll prosecute them-and that's a guarantee. Greyhound hurts!!!
