I wanted to return my daughters guitar broke on Christmas Day. I did not have the receipt because it was a gift from her grandmother. I told them we got it when it was on for 79.99 and there was no more on the shelf but there was a camp rock. Hannah Montana left on the 26 so I really didn't care I just new she wanted a guitar and she is a fan of camp rock alsoThey first told me I could not bring it back without a receipt or box so I asked to see the manager. Camp Rock was on sale for 79.99 the same day. There was no Hannah montanah on the 26 but there was Camp rock and my daughter is a fan of it also. All in all I just wanted her to have a guitar. So he came up and asked me if I had a receipt or box and I told him the same story as the return lady. He tells me I can return the guitar and pay another 20 plus tax because it is no longer on sale. I explained to him he was cheatting me because it is a manufracture problem and his store would be in the money because he would send it back and I was getting charged20 plus tax more for a straight return. Even the woman behind me understood and said it wasn't right what he was trying to do. I guess I'm just very disappointed in the store because it is a childrens store and my daughter still does not have her guitar returned and it was one of her favourite giftsand I was not Cheatting the store but the manager was really trying to cheat me. I wonder if this happened to him how he would feel.
