Ruined my furniture and have not refunded my $111.00. Requested a full refund

The company ruined my dresser, desk and night stand. They were delivered with huge chunks of broken wood. They also riipped my brand new mattress and ruined a brand new microwave. They did not wrap the furniture in blankets as indicated in contract; just shrinked wrapped everything. Pictures were sent to the company and they said these scratches were already there, which is untrue. They also drove a nail into the bedpost of my bed. On 12/17.2007 I submitted a claims adjustment form to received a reimbursement for the damage of the furniture and they faxed a form back indicating that I would only receive $111.00. To date, I have not received a penny. Everytime I call, I get the runaround and none of my calls are returned. I did receive an e-mail that they were researching the issue. I am fed up and would like a full refund. I don't care that they delivered the furniture like they were supposed to, but the fact that they ruined my furniture and have not reimbursed me anything is the worst customer service I have ever received. I just sent a letter to the President of the company and will not be surprised if he does not respond. Basically I am fed up, but I want my money back!
