Is A Scam To Steal Your Money? Took my money, and I did not get my orde

I ordered a BlueAnt Supertooth 3 from Mr. Culpepper on Dec. 13. I never got any tracking info, email from them said the shipper was FedEx AND UPS! They do not answer the phone at all, and do not answer my email requests for tracking info. I paid by PayPal, and my account there shows that the account paid Mr. Culpepper the next day.

Google Earth photo shows their address as being in downtown San Francisco. The SF Chamber of Commerce does not show any business by the name of Mr. Culpepper.
I believe that this is a shell business set up to steal money from online buyers.
