I was charged $99 from my checking account for Continental Auto. I call my bank and disputed this amount. Shortly thereafter I received a brochure from the company indicating I had been a member since 2001. I called and told them I never authorized this and that I wanted a refund. They refused. I requested I speak to a supervisor —Hansel Thomas — who is reportedly a supervisor. He also refused to refund the money.
When I called to report an emergency, I had to wait 25 minutes to talk to someone. I called really to ask them if they would reimburse me for past issues. They said I would have to call the main number, but didn't think that would happen.
