I received a brochure in the mail "Continental Auto Rescue". The brochure gave a description of their membership. The last page explained your free 15-day membership.
I never talked to this company or even heard of this company. The brochure also stated as per my verbal authorization, at the end of my free-trial membership, an annual fee of $99 will be automatically debited from my account.
The brochure also states I am able to call their customer service during my free-trial membership and cancel for any reason, which I did and a recorded message was always on, which gave another number to call, which never answered.
In the end, two different times this company tried to withdraw $99 out of my savings account, which failed to do, but I was charged $22 each time they tried. Still have not been able to contact this company. Be Ware.
