So where can I start off with this company. The sales people are nice, but don't let that fool you; they are only nice so that you buy their products, but in reality you CAN'T AND SHOULD NOT TRUST them. I'd been saving for the past six months to be able to buy my brother and dad a nice x-mas present, so I come to Crazy Wireless in Oakridge mall and buy them both a Bluetooth; I'd never shop at one of these little kiosk in the mall so I specifically asked the salesperson (Cecilia) what is your return policy? And I was told it was 30 days.
I get my receipt and it states that they only do exchanges within 7 days, she lies again and tells me that that is not right, that if I need to return my products I'll be fine as long as it was within 30 days. Well a week goes by and I find out that my brother had a Bluetooth. I come to the store try to return it and find out that they do not do returns. She was misleading and lie straight to my face just to make a sale.
No customer service, the Manager Matthew Ciprian used fault language against me and my mother. I DO NOT recommend this place, they would tell you anything just to make you spend your money, but when it comes down to business they are liars, and only want your money, don't buy from this kiosk or the one at Milpitas, they are going to rip you off.
