My wife purchased me a bluetooth headset for my nextel phone at a booth in the seminole mall the one located at the food court. We both have the same exact phone. The salesman helped picking out the one that works with my phone (not) Of course he sold her an 85.00 one told her if it wasnt the right one no problem returning it. So christmas comes my phone isnt bluetooth I knew this my wife doesnt know about cell phones. The store was supposed too. I go and the manager tells me there is a 3day return policy 3 days. The person that hepled my wife specifically told her that there would be no problem returning it after Christmas if there was any problems.
The manager told me that employee is no longer working there so he cant really say if thats what he said. Do I have to tell you I was fuming mad but absolutley nothing I could do
So people beware of the kiosk sprint stores in the seminole mall town center blvd at the food court. They are rip offs
