You cannot reach them to cancel they keep charging you

You cannot reach them to cancel i tried, their e-mail on the bottle cannot be used either. They just keep charging you. Could someone please help us? This is wrong. And when you try to find their p.O. Box you get no results. If i can i will file a report with the better business bureau. And my attorney general
