I have ordered from this site about once a year for 5 years. They have always delivered, and although there is almost no customer service, the products were good. This year I ordered in Mid Oct, received a confirmation that my order had shipped on 30 Oct. I stated inquiring about tracking, help. Etc last week, and have received no response. They are very difficult to get in touch with. Based on what I am reading on this site I believe they will not deliver, and I will need to take this up with my CC co. Is there any chance that all of these orders are held up, because of some sort of copyright infringement, or importation problem? The items have come from Thailand in the past.
