Fraudulent Charge to my credit card

This Company advertises a "free" sample of Acai Berry products, for a shipping fee of $3.95. It then debitd my checking account for $44.95. My bank credited it back, but a month later despite ALL my emails (they don't answer the phone number they give you for customer service) they again debited my checking account for $39.95. Its a complete scam and needs invesitigated.!
