BLVD has been charging my cell phone bill account with a $13.86 charge for several months. I had no knowledge of this until I spoke with the phone company about my bill and asked what the charge was for. This company is totally bogus and I have never had contact with them before. Warning: Check you bill carefully and report this company if you have a charge on your bill from them. I intend to contact the AG of MS about this.
