From beginning to now... The contract was enforced on my Neurofibromatosis husband 49% owner of Goin' Postal — he who thought he was doing the biz a favor) — the salesman says sign this — it only says you are taking responsibility of the copier for 30 days... Laughing all the way to the bank—he was... Before the 30 days was up it was decided this copier (which by the way Konica said they would train us, connect it to our network, etc. All kinds of lies. Lies... After contacting an attorney in New Jersey by the way— he agreed that this was not a valid contract and told me to tell the company so... SO I DID — from the service center, who says since you don't pay we can't fix it (been broke doesn't recognize tray one) since October... Now all kinds of late charges and OVER COPY CHARGES HOW IS THAT SINCE IT HASN't worked... Lies, lies... And now they have damaged his credit... Think about it this man is in his 50s and did not know what he was doing... Thought he was doing the company a favor... Do not deal with or buy konica minolta for nothing... They are all about deception... Deception&SOMEONE NEEDS TO SET THIS COMPANY BACK REGARDING LEGAL CAPACITIES...
Our credit (spouse whom by the way i have had power of attorney since 2004... Credit destroyed by a snake deceiving salesman... Richard meanwell... Can go to _ _ _ _... No one at konica minolta nor cit technology financial will come to pick this up, instead they are charging over amount of copies - how can that be when the copier does not even work, they will not come to pick it up, no one at konica minolta will talk to me and cit financial has developed an attitude and told me they destroyed the credit report and they have turned the bill over to collection of a third party - whom by the way they can't tell me the name of... What lies and deception... Do not buy nor deal with konica minolta... Lies lies lies lieslies lies and more lies...
