Ordered a ring on 8/18 have not yet received

Received letter from Desteny Reserch and sent them $10 for a ring

Have not received ring or any more information from them. I have the numbers for the Nevada attorney generals office I am going to call them and report that or Aug 18 I sent them the money and have not received the ring.
