I had ordered a cd to be sent to me in the mail from grant university. Thecharge $1.98. Well it has been over a week since one of the customer service people contacted me about this and was sending it off in the mail. Well tues dec. 2 at 11:49 and now thur dec 10 at 9:48 nothing in the mail, but i was charged beacause i didn't cancel. Can't cancel if you don't get the product. I have contaced customer service and left a message and they will get back to me.
