I ordered vynil tile from this organization and got an order confimation. I contacted them several times for shipping info and could not obtain a reply. Because time was of the essence and they would not answer my e-mails I subsequently notified them to cancel the order and asked for a cancellation confirmation. They would not reply. After many e-mails and phone calls I still have never received any communication from them beyond the original order confirmation. All I want is a confimation that the order has been cancelled.
