The 19th Circuit court does not care about children at all. Since February Judge Chmiel has not used his Judical ethics and the best intrest in the children. My 2 children have a dead beat father who owe almost 50K in back child support/Helath insurance. He does not care about this. Recently he gave this dead beat father Temporary custody based on the fact that I have solely been supporting them along w / my older son on my own and have a stable job. Everytime the children go to his house they get Headlice 6x's so far.
Does this seem to be common? According to DCFS they do not see Lice, You cannot See Lice! This deadbeat has chopped off her hair himself w/o telling me. Also my son cannot see out of his right eye and refuses to get glasses for him! Or an eye patch yet his girlfriend a mother of 4 at the age of 29 (not including my 2) can by x box games, take them roller skating? Where is the sense in this Judge? He has no concern and saftey for these kids at all.
It is a wonder he comes in on weekends and lets his brothers friend out on bail versus time in jail! He should be DisBared@ These 2 children are terrible in the living condtions they want to be with the mother and older brother as they have for 14 and 8 yrs of their lives... The dad needs to take responsiblity for his first family and not his second family of 5. This courthouse is corrupted and does not care about lives...
