Dead beat dad doesn't support his 12yr old son. Makes false promises to pick him up and never show. I have been trying to collect Child support for the last twelve years. He is co-owner of Gates Auto in Hayward, CA. Will go out out drinking and partying on weekends but can't contribute to his son's education, food, clothes and extra curricular activities. Such a loser and the topper he had his wife seem like he was in prison all these years because she's a correctional officer. I have plans to take his ass to civil court. Just found this out by Child support a week ago. My son deserves better and will get what is rightfully his. I will let the world know what he is doing is not right... Sick and tired of his bullshit...
