Macys-Pasadena grand opening evening after remodeling. I have a Macys card for many years and no debts. This special evening had lots of good deals and coupons. I bought several things, when I wanted to pay the card gave a message to call customer service. The cashier lady called and put me on the phone. A long line behind, music, champaine and a lot of noise around. On the phone I was asked some questions that I did not hear and they told me to call from home. So I could not use the benefits of that night and I left with empty hands and all these people behind me upset for waiting. Plus the embarassment, you feel like a thief.
Why all this??? Ive been a Macy customer for many years, why???
Why did they have to check on me? And not only this. I tried to call several times from home, i ledt messages, after a week I received a letter to call.
For 2 weeks I could not use the card. I do not have a valid explanation for this, why did they have to validate my card in the store when the bills were paid in time, 0 balance.
How they will make up to me for all the discounts that I lost?
