Found this website and put in Julie Soutullo's name, just as a fluke and was shocked at first, but I guess I really expected to see all these complaints. When I lived in West Palm Beach, I bought a Yorkie puppy, 8 weeks old, from her on Mar. 15. Six days later he seemed lethargic and refused to eat so I took him to my vet who did some tests and found out the puppy had Parvo. I was very lucky, I had a great vet, Dr. Sal. Zeitlin at South Dixie Animal Hospital, and he pulled him through. I was in contact with Julie Soutullo and she said, 'send the bills to her, as this had never happened before with any puppies she sold.'
I sent the bills and heard all the excuses... She was sick... Her husband was sick... Her mother was sick and it went on and on for several months. I contacted the Dept of Agriculture etc in Tallahassee, never got any reply. At this point I'm not looking for restitution, I'm just happy I got that little 'Tea-cup' Yorkie who now weighs 6 1/2 lbs away from that rotten excuse for a human being, because if I wouldn't have bought him he would have died of parvo in her care. She is a heartless piece of garbage. I kind of forgot about her until I found this website. And then I started to remember more. When I went to her condo to buy my puppy, she had one other puppy also and said it was sold. She seemed to push the one that I bought. And there were two adult T-cup Yorkies who she said were the parents and since the puppies were very tiny, I believed her. But my dog is not a T-cup, he's over 6 lbs. I paid $900.00 for him because he was a 'T-cup'.
And as time passed I kept checking the newspaper for her ad and she kept the same ad except the phone and names would change back and forth to different numbers and names. This happened to me in 2006. I hope by now she has been stopped and hasn't hurt any more puppies or good people trying to buy a puppy for their kids. If anyone knows if she has been caught and stopped, please post on this website.
