Trial 15 days 4.95 s/h turns into no one answering the phone a billing billed for 78.91

I saw this email and they were offering Acai like seen on Ophra for $4.95 free trial just pay shipping/handling of $4.95 now you try to cancel and you call the number and you ask for customer service but no one ever picks up they have you on hold. I do not want them to charge my checking account and I dont know what to do.
