I just got that yellow card in the mail you might have gotten it too. Your all thinking were it might came from who gave you this info. Lets see I think I just found it out.
I just got a card from Capital One Online so they did there job got it in the mail but thing is they got my last name as my first name so it was no big deal then one month later got that yellow card in the mail saying Good News in the front then had my last name first so it looked it up online seeing others had got the card but one got to me a girl saying she had her name on it too with her maiden name on it but the only people she gave her maiden was to car place where she was making payments to a Credit Place.
Think about it... Do you remember doing getting any Credit from any Creditors then getting that yellow card so who is do you think that is giving out your info now?
