Although I have a court order for child support, Jason, feels he is above the law. He works only until the San Diego County Child Support Services catches up with his employer, then, he quits and goes to work some where else. He doesn't file taxes, so it doesn't make any difference if they are 'flaged' for child support.
He hasn't even bothered to let me know a phone number where he can be reached in case of emergency. He hasn't seen his three year old son since he was one-year-old; so he wouldn't know him if they met on the street.
I just got off the phone with the San Diego District Attorney's office; and they say there is nothing they can do.
