Received letter in the mail that I was selected to participate in a paid Retail Research program in my area of residence. I would have to complete a training assignment, and my salary would be increased to $500 a week, for first 3 months, and increased to $800 per week after six months.
Enclosed with instructions was a official looking check cut from Great Lakes Bank in Blue Island, Il. For $4,700.00. Account # 0201083597 Routing # 071911788.
Instructions were to send money gram for the amount of $3,900.00 to company, then contact Tom Knoght at number provided, and give him the Money Gram Reference Number. The second assignment was to take $100 and shop at one of the provided stores, and keep the merchandise, but fax copy of receipts to given fax number. There was $200 included for Service Charges, and an additional $500 for me, for doing the two assignments. The letter was signed by Williams Edgar.
