OK Well here it goes. I came to CR England last month got my CDL from them and started my Phase 1 Training. I got on the Truck with my trainer, after 2 weeks on his truck i had to get off cuz he had thing to take care of. Well I have sat in a hotel for a week and three days. I am not getting paid and have a son and bills i have to take care of.
I am waiting on another trainer who came into town today. I have been looking for another company for the following reasons. They are making everyone go lease. I know i put into bold letters. WHen i filled out my application i put Company Driver then they changed it company wide that they were not gonna hire CO. Drivers and because I got hired when i did i had to go lease.
Is there anything i can do about that. WOuld that be like a breech of contract? I have no clue. I have had and bad experience except what i have put on here. Maybe someone can help. Like I said I have had No bad experience so far so i am not blasting them.
