This company bought our account from another company. The original company would work with us on making partial payments, since, was left go at job after 21 years.
Then all of a sudden we get a letter from Cadle Company saying they are taking us to court. We did not get a chance to defend ourselves on this situation. That was at end of 2002 1st of 2003. Because of this, it has effected our credit on be able to buy a home.
There needs to be something done about this company, so that can't keep hurting people. I don't know how they get away with this kind of actions.
