I purchase 6 of the same size bra, 2 were slightly tight but 4 were all of different sizes even though they all stated the same size. When I asked for a return label they told me to go ahead and send them back and if they were really the wrong sizes like I stated then they would refund me and reimburse my shipping charges. I sent them back and then I ended up filing a claim with paypal to get my money back. Hiddenbeautyplus refused to return any of my shipping and wanted to take 20% off for returning them (restocking fee). The customer service was so awful I felt as if I was communicating with someone who spoke a different language, she berated me, spoke to me as if I was a five yr old with no brain. It was just so frustrating to do business with them. They're the ones that sent me the defective product, but they made me feel as if I was the one that made the product defective. I will never do business with them again. They ended up charging me $22.99 to ship 2 bras because I had to ship the 4 defective ones back and pay for it!!! They were so rude and condescending absolutely the worst place I have ever done business with. I do all my shopping on line because of condition that makes it hard for me to walk a lot so I rely on the internet and I usually have no complaints, until Hiddenbeauty happened!
