I requested a youngsters' retro home collection on 9/1... It was backordered and to be sent by the end of November... I have not been able to access their website and emails sent to their customer service have gone unanswered... It appears that I will not be receiving this order although it has already been paid for and given a reference number... Obviously I had been mislead and also scammed
