National Process Center tell you want you want hear and take your money and run

I got a call from mary gilmor about the grants. She told me i would get a grant to help us. She explained that it would take 4 to 6 months had to fill out a questionnaire and send it back. Mary said they would fill out the paper work and send it in. Should get a check in the 4 to 6 months well it has been 8 months now. I call there every day get a recording all the time. What's up with that people like that should be put in prison ripping people off who are having a hard time right now.
